Yoga Nidra is a soothing, guided rest practice that invites your body to soften and your mind to drift into a peaceful, dream‑like state. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be gently guided into deep relaxation. It’s a place where your whole system can exhale, unwind, and return to stillness.
